Home Sweet Home

Filed under: Going, going, gone — dawn @ 4:24 pm

This evening, my family will be getting the keys to the house! I drove by the house today to take a picture of it so I could show everyone.

An now begins the move. My Eldest is already trying to find a way to get out cleaning her closet.

wow…. looks great!

You can tell your eldest that if she doesn’t clean her closet, the only clothes she’ll be wearing are the ones on her the day of the move. :)

thank you. I told her what you said…she made a face at me

Is the new house really far from your old one? I just moved into new house of Saturday and I have so much stuff left to unpack!

the house is about a mile from the apartment that I am in now. I dont usually move to far, but usually I do move up. We did move a little stuff today, but we have lots of work left to do. I dont like moving and I dont move all at once. Moving for me is a month long process, but I expect that we will be in the new place by the 23rd of this month

What a gorgeous house! Good luck with the move and I hope you’ll make many happy memories there. That’s a great lawn, perfect for kids and cats :)

With any luck I will not have to worry about the cats going outside, all my cats are FIV+ and are not supposed to go outside…dont tell that to Socks, who tried again today to escape. The kids will have a great time in the yard, and the cats can enjoy the sunroom. it has big open windows on three sides and I know that they will enjoy that. I plan to let the little iddy kitties explore the basement during the day…that should give them plenty to do

Thank you, it is an older house with plenty of personality and I look forward to discovering it
