Thursday Thirteen ~ sort of…

Filed under: Thursday Thirteen! — dawn @ 1:17 am

I was sitting here a few minutes ago, pondering what I was going to do if I posted my TT.

I still havent taken pictures of the house, and I cant do it now, as everyone is sleeping (it is 12:25am).

I havent worked on any craft projects in weeks, due to the move.

The move itself was torture and I am so happy it is over.

I have a strange “bruise” on my arm, everyone who sees it thinks I should be checked for Lyme’s Disease…

This evening, hubby noticed another “bruise” on the back of my arm…

…the same arm, just on the back where I couldnt see it.

I have a Dr appointment tomorrow afternoon, so hopefully I will know something about what is going on soon.

My right hand found a large, wooden, unmovable piece of furnature a couple days ago. The bruise actually got bigger over Tuesday night, so, I will be showing that to the doctor as well

My kitties were given a present my their HuGrandMom. It is a beautiful cat tree, and the cats just love it.

I took some Benadryl a little bit ago, I seems to have a little bit of poison ivy…either that, or I have fleas?!? I am betting on poison ivy as the cats are on Advantage, and there was poison ivy in my garden at the apartment. I had tried to get rid of it several times over the 4 years I lived there, but it always grew back and I would always get a good case of it every year.

I dont know what number I am on…but I cant think of anything else to write. As this is a lousy list, I am not going to count it. I hope (yeah, I know I have said this before) to take pictures of the house for next time…oh well

*Yawn*

Good Night

I think your hubby is right. You need to go to a doctor. What is Lyme’s disease?
My TT13 is up too.

I wrote to you

My mother-in-law got Lyme Disease about eighteen years ago when few people were even aware of it. I had just read an article about it and was convinced she had it. She did. It looks like you may have it, too. Maybe two ticks got to you at the same time or maybe one tick dined for a while and then came back to the buffet for more. Do see your doctor, though. He will give you antibiotics if you have Lyme Disease and you will be fine. If you wait, you may end up with serious problems like arthritis and heart problems, though. God bless!

I know some who have been bitten. They were able to get treated right away and have no lasting effects, thanfully. I also knew someone, years ago, that had been bitten and at the time they didnt even really know what it was that she had. She had to go to a Doctor on Long Island, as the doctors in Connecticut had any idea what they were seeing. She had alot of lasting effects

Ouch! Those bruises look painful! Hope they fade soon.

They did, my hand still has a tender spot, but otherwise I am fairing well

Gosh. Those bruises do need to be seen by a doctor.
Wish you well.

Thank you, I got them looked at and I have mended

OMG - I hope you’re alright!

Go get checked and let us know - Hugs and more hugs!

I did get it checked out, got my antibiotics and the bruises finally faded. I will have blood work done in a couple weeks so we will see what is going on then
