I took this picture early one day this past week. I love morning glories, I just wish I could enjoy the flowers a little more during the day

My father wasn’t a gardener by anybody’s standards … but he loved climbing roses and morning glories. We always had both. The roses climbed up the legs of my swing set and the morning glories grew up a mesh of string he would put up along the side of the house.

I loved the morning glories … such a HAPPY flower!

They are beautiful flowers. My upstairs neighbor had them growing on her railing last year, and I thought they were beautiful, so I got a arch and planted some outside my door. I just love how they look and I can see them from inside the house. I just wish the flowers would stick around for a little longer during the day.

I am so used to only seeing the plain white morning glory that we pull out of my moms rose garden, its neat to see pretty ones that arent in need of a killing!

LOL…we have white ones as well, but I also have a deep purple and a little red flower too. The white ones didnt seem to do well, though, as I havent seen any white flowers in a long time

Such a nice shot! Usually most of us don’t think about the vital role of flowers in our daily life .Can you imagine the world without flowers ?!!
Flowers are the most precious gifts of God to human.

I don’t know what I would do without my garden. I love my flowers and I also believe that Heavenly Father gave us flowers for us to make our homes and lives a little more bearable. There is so much filth in this world, flowers are wonderful for making our world a place of beauty. I love your comments, thank you so much.

Nice picture; you do have a good talent when it comes to taking great shots.

Thank you so much. I am so grateful for my digital camera, I can take 14 pictures, just to get one that looks like that. (Which reminds me that I really should clean the duds out of my computer, LOL)

Jealous…very jealous! I cannot get morning glories to grow in Houston…the heat is just too intense for them.

I do love them, but the only part that looks like it is alive is the top…all the leaves are dead on the sides if the arch.

I love morning glories, too. I had some growing up a dogwood tree one summer. Beautiful picture!

Thank you, I am really happy with the results. that would look neat, having them grow up the tree…I might try that with the tree we have in the yard

Thanks a lot Dawn.I also enjoy your friendly site But in the meantime i wish if we all could have a chance for gathering at a nice place together with our beloved families, drink some coffee ( as well as some dark bitter chocolate ! ) and enjoy talking about our common favorite subjects.
Seems too much dreamy!

I have made freinds all over the world at this point. I hope that someday I will be able to travel, and meet some of the wonderful people that I talk to online.
