Fall is here
This evening the temperature will drop to about 40F. I have closed the windows and turned on the heat. I miss summer all ready.

Wow…i wish i was there as i love to live in cold weather.Do have you any idea about the temp here in Tehran? Around90F !Howdo you like that ?
We are not yet switched off the A/C systems whereas you’ve turned on the heater!

I like the countries that you can see four diffrent seasons there.That helps you to refresh regullarly and feel alive whole the year.
If you don’t feel the cold in winter ,then how do you enjoy of summer ?
If you don’t feel the coldness of winter by your soul ,then how do you enjoy the spring freshness ?

I have not thought of it like that before, I like the summer time, I like to be able to be out in the sun and work in the garden. I feel really trapped inside in the winter, but as you said, I wouldnt enjoy summer as much if I didnt have to endure winter.

I live in an area of the country where we have 4 distinct seasons. It really is nice to experience them all, but I do wish winter was a little shorter. LOL
As do I, we get our first hard frost in about October and from then on it is seems like a very long time till next spring.

Lisa … I’m originally from Michigan and now that I’m in central Ohio, our winters are milder. I really miss the cold winters and they are never long enough for me … or at least we never get enough snow!
Abbas … I agree … it is hard to appreciate the spring when you haven’t really experienced the winter! That is true in ALL things … not just the weather.
Ah, snow. My kids love it, but It is something that I would avoid if possible.

That sounds sooo nice. The temperature in Houston today is going to set a record of 100+
100+ is a little warmer than tolerable. But I would rather get out of the heat than get out of the cold.
