Somehow, this morning, I managed to get the drawer to the DVD player, off track. So, I took the darn thing apart and put it right. I am feeling rather good about fixing it all by myself!
OK, now I can finish my movie and go to sleep!

My previous keyboard has been through just about everything. Dumped unceremoniusly on the floor, both soda and coffee spilled on it, taken apart, put back together, short in the cord…it has been through quite a bit. So yesterday, I replaced
(yes it is a Microsoft…but I need to use an ergonomic and this is the best one)

Today we went to Mystic Aquarium. We had a great time. I think that the definite winner was the Stingray Touch Pool. It was really neat to get a chance to touch the stingrays, and they loved to be petted. We also saw the Beluga Whales, Jelly fish and lots of other Marine Life. At the end of our visit we went to the gift shop to drop lots of money…
So, I got one of these (the little “pod” in the lower right hand corner)
So, now I am watching my four little shrimps swimming about their little home. I like my little shrimps!

I am still working on the 13 irritating commercials and should have it ready soon, but for today I bring you………
1. all Harry Potter movies. My youngest is not allowed to see the last one at this point (I think he is too young) but we have definately gotten alot of use the the first 3
2. The Cronicles of Narnia. I just love this movie, thankfully so do the kids
3. National Treasure. Good movie, lots of action
4. Chicken Little. I didnt think I would like this movie as much as I do.
5. Rescue Heros, the movie. Well, my youngest likes it.
6. The Series of Unfortunate Events. My Eldest and I have read most of the books and really love the movie
7. Dreamer. I love horse movies. I cant, however watch the horses getting injured…but once that is over the rest of the movie is great
8. Madagascar. Cool Characters
9. Lilo and Stitch. pretty good movie, Stitch is great
10. Monsters Inc. We dont watch this one all the time, but it is one of our favorites
11. The Incredibles. good movie
12.Treasure Planet. My Youngest really loves this movie.
13. Finding Nemo. I like nemo, a cool little fish.
Now I really like The Lord of the Rings (any of the three). My Eldest usually watches with me, but as I dont think it is appropriate for the Youngest…we dont watch them often.

Instead, he placed owner Ruth Cisero in a program that will erase a reckless endangerment charge if she completes two years probation and 50 hours of community service.
Under the terms of that probation, Lewis must abide by a previous restraining order that prevents him from leaving Cisero’s Fairfield home. If he does, the charge against Cisero will be reinstated. She could face up to six months in prison, and Lewis could again face death.

Lewis the cat, the “attack cat” from Connecticut, has been spared being put to sleep…but he does have to stay inside. I think that the owner really should have known to do this, when she first heard of her cats antics. I do believe that she should be held accountable. She has said that she has tried “kitty prozac” but if she knew that the attacks were happening she should have kept him inside. Lots of cats are inside cats, and though some escape (like my Socks) every once and a while, it isnt really that difficult to keep control over them. I dont blame Socks for getting out. If he gets out, someone left the door open or gave him the opportunity to get out the door. That would be our fault. If Lewis gets out, then, as the judge states, the owner will be held accountable.

This afternoon I finally decided to do something with some of the turquise beeds that I have…
Not much happened today. The kids did give their dad their gifts, and we made dinner for him. I have had a headache all day, so I havent felt like doing much of anything… Maybe tomorrow.

The last day of school is Thursday! Hopefully it will be a nice week weather wise. We have plans to go on a family day trip on Friday, this is still in the planning stage, as Hubby might have to help a friend and/or his parents.
Youngest 6th Birthday is on Tuesday! He wants to go to Chucky Cheese for dinner…should be fun. Eldest and I have a class to teach at church that evening, But I figure that will be just in time to save my head from the noise. And we will get home just in time for…CAKE!
*Sigh* Busy week
Ah, it is once again time for me to rack my brain about what I am going to post, and then try to think of 13 things. So, after having done this quite a few times….Todays list will be
1. 13 of the dumbest things I have ever done (followed a really bad day)
2. 13 irritating commercials on TV.
3. 13 things I did today…or didnt do (yeah, I kinda did this one before, but I thought about doing this list again last week)
4. 13 pairs of shoes…(but, I dont own 13 pairs of shoes, so I would have to used the families shoes too)
5. 13 most watched DVD’s my family likes to watch…Lots and Lots of kids movies
6. 13 books I have read…
7. what I have done the last 13 hours…unfortunately, I had slept most of the day
8. 13 pictures. This one didnt work as I couldnt decide on the pictures, and I already did this one a few weeks ago.
9. 13 reasons kids should NOT have cell phones…thanks to my annoying neighbors
10. 13 obscure words…with definitions. I really didnt know what to post
11. 13 video games that my kids own. We only own 13, so it wouldnt be a difficult list
12. 13 of my favorite websites…couldnt narrow the list down to 13
